EraPalm5, PSP Style Mini Computer By EraThink

EraThink have showcased their latest mini computer at the China Consumer Electronics Fair this week, in the form of their new mini computer which resembles a Sony PSP in design and style but has been built to run Windows 7.
The small EraPalm5 computer is fitted with a 5-inch 800 x 480 capacitive touchscreen, that slides upwards to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard. The hidden keyboard can be used in conjunction with the gaming style control D-pad and buttons on the left and right sides of the EraPalm5 to navigate onboard menus and applications.
The EraPalm5 is powered by an Intel Atom Z processor together with either 1 or 2GB or RAM options and disk options starting from 16GB, and climbing to 32 or 64GB SSD for internal storage

Its also equipped with a HDMI output to be able to play 1080p HD video on larger screens if required, together with a USB port ,WiFi or 3G connectivity and even a GPS receiver.

A docking device is also available for charging and transfer of data, but no details have been released regards the interbal devices battery or its life, which will play a key roll in the usefulness of the EraPalm5.

Unfortunately no information has either been released on pricing or worldwide availability, but as soon as it becomes available we will keep you updated.
