Android Gingerbread HTC Flyer Heads for PC World and Dixons

For those in the United Kingdom considering picking up an Android tablet, you may like to know that PC World and Dixons are currently advertising the Android Gingerbread sporting HTC Flyer, both running the same advert on their websites.

According to an article over on Eurodroid, the same HTC Flyer advert is being used by Dixons and PC World but unfortunately doesn’t deliver on how much the HTC Flyer will set you can or a release date but potential owners can register their interest.

No doubt the Android tablet will become available to the public sometime soon and offers a 7-inch display 1.5GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 32Gb storage, 5 megapixel auto-focus rear facing camera, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 3G, Bluetooth and WiFi.

Now here’s the thing, the advert says that the HTC Flyer has Android 2.2, whereas we earlier reported that the HTC Flyer will have Android Gingerbread, and most other reports say Android Gingerbread, so the question here is have PC World and Dixons got it wrong or do they know something we don’t?
