Mystery Caller needs a replacement camera for the one he lost over Christmas. What can he get that will give him the joys of a decent snapper as well as the ability to edit and upload photos for 25 a month?

Summary

Cat from Virgin should have been part of a girl band instead of driving customers crazy, and Robin from T-Mobile just couldn’t cut it on what should have been an easy call.

Teresa from Orange has potential but she focused on other selling points instead of the one that mattered, Louise from Three meanwhile knew her stu but rushed into the deal a little too fast without stopping to listen to exactly what the customer wanted.

Vodafone’s Simon also could have sold more based on the camera, but the way he slipped the N8 into the mix was impressive. O2’s CSA was very impressive – although it would be nice if he answered the phone with his name.
