Everything Everywhere appoints ex MTV man as advertising head

Barry Llewellyn is tasked with developing harmonised advertising and direct marketing across Orange and T-Mobile brands

Everything Everywhere has appointed former MTV Europe group sales director Barry Llewellyn as its director of mobile media and advertising.

Llewellyn (pictured) will also take responsibility for developing harmonised advertising and direct marketing propositions across both the Orange and T-Mobile brands.

He will also be responsible for growing the groups advertising revenues from existing propositions such as Orange Shots as well as being tasked with developing new advertising and media growth generation.

As well as his role at MTV Europe, Llewellyn has also worked at ITV, Channel 4 and global entertainment content company Viacom.

Speaking about the announcement Everything Everywhere chief development officer Gerry McQuade said: “ The development of innovative advertising and media campaigns to support revenue growth is absolutely key to Everything Everywhere.

Barry joins us with a wealth of experience, and we are confident that the mobile advertising and media propositions grow and develop through the contribution of his vision and expertise.”
