Summary

O2 won the Mystery Shop by mixing good customer service with a thorough understanding of the recommended tablet and a competitive and scalable data package.

Other sales approaches were as expected but didn’t lift my desire for a tablet PC or tell me how it was going to enhance my life.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab was the overall tablet of choice with staff, although availability and promotional focus were driving factors.
